 I
was raised in Southern California, graduated from UCLA, dropped
out of medical school and then hitchhiked around the world.
I’ve taught school, invented games and toys, written
books. Along with my wife, Linda,I am a black belt in martial
arts, an avid real estate investor and a previously licensed
real estate agent in the U.S. I traveled throughout Mexico
and Guatamala twice in the mid 60’s and have always loved
the Mexican culture and the warmth and humor of it’s
people. Spend some time with us in Sayulita and, if you‘re

 "Real
estate investing has been in my blood ever since I purchased
my first house at 26. I was raised on military bases and have
always loved traveling and meeting people. I’ve lived
from coast to coast in the U.S. and, at 24, moved to Belgium,
where I created and ran a popular restaurant for 3 years,
and later was a licensed real estate agent in the U.S. After
20 years in the D.C. area, it only took one vacation to Sayulita
and Roger and I knew this is where we wanted to live. I think
it’s fitting, with my life experiences, that I now am
co-owner of a real estate company, Sayulita Investment Realty,
and will soon be opening A Sweet Corner, a bakery cafe. Come

 I
was born and raised in beautiful Northern California. I have
spent most of my life living and working throughout that area
in public service. Real estate investments/opportunities have
come into my life abundantly over the past few years. I have
traveled through and lived in various places in Mexico. The
Banderas Bay is always where I return, and Sayulita has a
special charm about it that has brought me to stay. I enjoy
being active, mostly through running and exercise in this
jungle paradise. I have made many friends here, and spend
much of my time connecting with folks from all over the world.
