I
was raised in Southern California, graduated from UCLA, dropped
out of medical school and then hitchhiked around the world.
Ive taught school, invented games and toys, written
books. Along with my wife, Linda, I am a black belt in martial
arts, an avid real estate investor and a previously licensed
real estate agent in the U.S. I've traveled throughout Mexico
and Guatemala and have always loved the Mexican culture and
the warmth and humor of its people. Spend some time with us
in Sayulita and, if youre as charmed as Linda and I
are, come in and talk with us at Sayulita Investment Realty.
Wed love to have you as neighbors here in Sayulita,
Mexico. It's a great place to live.

"Real
estate investing has been in my blood ever since I purchased
my first house at 26. I was raised on military bases and have
always loved traveling and meeting people. Ive lived
from coast to coast in the U.S. and, at 24, moved to Belgium,
where I created and ran a popular restaurant for 3 years.
Beginning in 1981, I was a licensed real estate agent in the
U.S. After 20 years in the D.C. area, it only took one vacation
to Sayulita and Roger and I knew this is where we wanted to
live. I think its fitting, with my life experiences,
that I now am co-owner of a real estate company, Sayulita
Investment Realty, and have a commercial rental building called
"Mexikoo". Come in and see us at Sayulita Investment
Realty. "Invest in Mexico", we did."

After finishing her final college semester studying abroad in San Cristobal de las Casas, in the southern state of Chiapas, Mexico, Angela graduated Magna Cum Laude, in May 2011, from the University of New Mexico. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Spanish. Enamored by Mexico and Latin culture, Angela decided to postpone her plans of returning to the States for graduate studies. Instead, she decided to gain some “real” life experience and moved to Sayulita to work in real estate. What Angela loves about real estate in Sayulita is the "Sayulita tropical" style that is incorporated into many homes. She thinks this style brings outdoor living into the home; integrating the natural jungle, ocean, and mountain beauty for homeowners to enjoy.
Previous to real estate, Angela worked as a Disability Rights Advocate for Disability Rights
New Mexico. She also wrote her graduation thesis comparing disability rights in Mexico and the United States while living in San Cristobal de Las Casas. When Angela is not showing and admiring properties, she is assisting in civic projects, surfing, running, throwing a frisbee, biking, fishing or indulging in the delicious food options around the pueblo of Sayulita.
