Comments: Casa Mural is a fully titled house, centrally located, one block from the beach. It is a delightful, spacious, Mexican-style home on a 660 square meter lot. The one story structure is situated on the front of the lot, leaving the large back yard free for the building of more casitas, extensive gardens and pool area. Or, as the zoning allows for commercial development, it is ideal for a bed and breakfast, small hotel, restaurant, etc. The main house could go up another story, with some ocean views. Casa Mural has its own special charm, with beamed ceilings, arched doorways, large windows and lovely, colorful murals on the walls. Every room has excellent ventilation, screens, and ceiling fans. There are three air conditioned bedrooms, one being a self contained efficiency apartment with separate entrance although it can be opened up to the rest of the house. It sleeps ten people in comfort.
