Walk north to the estuary where you will see several species of exotic birds as well as our resident pelicans. Villa Las Mañanitas features three large bedrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning, VCR, DVD and satellite television. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a queen bed and full bathroom. Enjoy the master patio with a magnificent view overlooking the ocean and yard filled with tropical plants. The second bedroom with a king-sized bed and large bath is located on the first floor. The sliding doors lead to the patio and pool. The third bedroom is attached to the house with a private entrance and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

The living area is furnished in tropical rattan furniture with eclectic art work from all over the world that enhances the feeling of peace and tranquility at our villa. Our dining area is outside on the terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean. The gourmet kitchen features a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, toaster oven, self lighting stove and oven, numerous small appliances and calphalon cookware, as well as traditional talavera dinnerware.
